Heroes Run is back on Sunday 15th May, and you need to choose your side, will you run for the Heroes or for the Villains along the Brighton seafront
The concept is simple: You enter the race as normal and decide whether you wish to run as a hero or a villain. On race day, we will line the 2 sides up next to each other for an epic race between good and evil!
Once again there are 4 challenges at the 2016 event:
- The 500m Dash (suggested ages 7 years and under - must be accompanied by an adult) Race Start 10:00am
- The Youth Mile (suggested ages 8 years and over) Race Start 10:15am
- 5k m(entrants must be 13 years or over) Race Start 10:40am
- 10km (entrants must be 16 years and over) Race Start 10:40am
And the best thing (apart from dressing as a superhero!) is you can raise money for charity. The Heroes Run is a Pass It On Africa event, but they believe that there is plenty of room for other charities to benefit from what they have created.
See what other charity partners they are www.heroesrun.org.uk/content/charitypartners
Pass it On Africa is a charity run by dedicated people who work hard to help build schools and support education in some of the poorest areas of Africa. To learn more about them visit http://heroesrun.org.uk/content/about
