Series 17 CMF - What I think
Series 17 of the Lego Collectable Minifigure Series has been revealed and we have the follow figures, which should be released in May
Here are my thoughts on this series
Vet - the body is great if you creating a Lego hospital, and the rabbit is cool
Strongman - I like as part of a display with some of the older CMFs - the clown, mime, fortune teller, circus master
Gladiator - Could be a useful arm builder, but not sure why I just don't like the hair
Rocket Boy - Love it. I do like costumed characters, and had a great Classic Space logo underneath the costume
Sci-Fi Space Warrior - I could see this being used for a cool Flash Gordon MOC
Surfer - Not sure we need another surfer but do love the surf board
Hot Dog Man - One of my favourites, mostly because of the parts. Love the hot dog
Chef - Will go in my Parisian Restaurant
Keep Fit Instructor - One of my least favourite figures of the series
Elf Princesses - this is my least favourite. Though head piece would be useful if you want to create lots of elves
Corn on the Cob Guy - My favourite. Can imagine an army of them.
Frenchmen - Great parts, I like the dog.
Butterfly Girl - Like the wings.
Dwarf - My other least favourite one, though if I added adult size legs on this, then I could create WWE wrestler Sheamus
80s Man - Very Miami Vice, and I love the big phone.
And images I have seen of the mystery 16th figure, looks good!
What do people think? Which ones do they want to collect?
And what would you like to see in a future series? I would love to see a cricket player, man in tiger suit, Tour de France cyclist, rugby player, baseball catcher, British Beefeater (the people at Tower of London)
