DANNY WALLACE NAMES NEW 'YOUNG CITY READS’ BOHO GELATO FLAVOUR!
Local artisan ice cream producer Seb Cole, owner of Brighton’s Boho Gelato, has once again created a fabulous new fundraising flavour in honour of this year’s chosen Young City Reads book, Hamish and the Worldstoppers by Danny Wallace.

’CARAMEL CARBUNCLE AKA THE BRIGHTON CHUMP’
A delicious rich chocolate gelato incorporating a soft toffee caramel ripple, finished off with a dusting of purple glitter.
The company are well known for their work within the community and for using locally produced milk and high quality ingredients, with all their gelato being made on site.
In the past the award winning business has created innovative flavours ranging from Custard Cream biscuit to Blackberry Crumble. The love and passion Seb Cole puts into crafting the company’s unique flavours has earned the company a reputation for making one of the top ice creams in the UK. (They recently featured in The Telegraph’s list of the top 10 ice creams in the country.)
ALL PROCEEDS TO HELP DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN DISCOVER THE JOY OF READING
All proceeds from sales of this specially created gelato will be used to support Young City Reads’ work with schools in the city’s most deprived areas. Seb and his team at Boho Gelato will be selling the new flavour from today 9/03/16 until the project's finale in May from their boutique outlet tucked away behind East Street in Pool Valley (just a few doors down from the Mock Turtle cafe).
