Library Week, World Mental Health Day & The Big Session
This week we are doing events for Library Week, World Mental Health Day as well as joining in with The Big Session
Tuesday 8th October 3.30 - 4.50 pm
We have a KIDS event at Hove Library, this is a free event where we will be playing with Lego, and maybe seeing if we can create a Library of the Future out of Lego.
Thursday 10th Oct 10 am - 12 pm
It is World Mental Health Day, and we will be at Jubilee Library for a free event to promote how great Lego is. We want to show you how Lego can help improve your mental wellbeing
Thursday 10th October 12:30 - 2:30 pm
Mental Health charity Mind are hosting a couple of events on World Mental Health Day, they are doing a walk from Hove Lawns to Brighton Unitarian Church, and then the 2nd event kicks off at Brighton Unitarian Church with Lego, lots of other creative activities as well as information on mental health services
Saturday 12th October
The Big Session is a celebration of our unique community here in Brighton, bringing inspiring people together to share skills and learn new ones, reducing isolation by connecting communities, businesses and individuals alike. All while celebrating the way in which we contribute to charities in Brighton.
We will be doing a Lego workshop over lunchtime
